Flickering screens, guitar playing, raw femininity – a glimpse into the world of Pipilotti Rist. A room filled with treasures of teen angst and vivid colours curated by BA Fine Arts students of the ZHdK within the teaching week “Art & Exhibiting” in collaboration with the Ursula Hauser Collection. In this week, the students closely examined the works they selected for display in their art historical context of video as a medium and the eclectic spacial arrangements of Pipilotti Rist, relevant for developing an exhibition concept. The students are responsible for taking care of all steps necessary in the process of publication and presentation of the work in this exhibition format.
